We are excited to reintroduce our "Refer a Friend" program which rewards your referral with Class Credits that can be used towards your tuition with us at Flipside. Simply have your friend visit our online registration, call or visit our office in person and complete the registration. Once completed they simple need to add your first and last name to the registration in the referral space provided. That's it!

Examples of places that don't require proof of vaccination

You don't have to show proof of vaccination at places like:

• Grocery stores, liquor stores and pharmacies
• Unlicensed restaurants that don't offer table service, like fast food, coffee shops and takeout
• Local public transportation (BC Transit, TransLink, BC Ferries)
• Salons, hairdressers, barbers
• Hotels, resorts, pools, cabins and campsites
  • Unless it is a setting or event covered by the PHO order. For example a licensed hotel restaurant, wedding reception or conference
• Banks and credit unions
• Retail and clothing stores
• Public libraries 
• Food banks and shelters
• Escape rooms, laser tag, indoor paint ball, arcades and bowling alleys (if they are unlicensed or don't offer table service)
• Post-secondary on-campus cafeterias

You don't have to show proof of vaccination at events like:

• Worship services
• Indoor youth recreational sport for people 19 years old or younger
• Before and after school programs for K to 12 students
• Student events and activities in K to 12 public and independent schools
• Indoor organized events with less than 50 people, except adult sports

When registering please be sure to be as thorough/accurate as possible with information entered into the online forms. We will follow up with you an email to confirm you family and child information. Some classes are viewable online but cannot be enrolled online due to minimum class size requirements before they run or possible skill level assessments. Trial classes are available for students who have not been previously registered. A trial class will be considered the first class in the tuition set if the participant decides to enroll in future classes, otherwise, payment is not required.

Great Reasons to Register Early For Fall 2026 Classes

Although we generally design our class schedules around suitable times and days for students, we still run courses based on current enrollments. If the minimum amount of student required to run the class are not met one week before the start date the decision to cancel that particular class so students can choose an alternative. With an average of 500 actively registered students in attendance and waiting lists for various classes, it makes good sense to register early and avoid the disappointment of not getting the desired coach, class day and time to fit your schedule.  Take advantage of our 2026 pre-registration by registering your child online with our online services.

September 2026 class placement must be reserved by the following:

1. Pre-registration begins May 15, 2026 and is ongoing until August 25th. Get first pick status pre-registration insuring your desired class, day and time.
2. All pre-registrations require payment of child's one time annual registration fee and first month tuition.
3. Also with your payment we must receive a method of online recurring payment established with your account. Those families who prefer to pay by debit or EFT can do so by calling or visiting our offices directly.

Please note: Session prepayment provides a discounted total of 10 months of class tuitions and is non-refundable; however class credit is given in the event of cancelation.
